Our aim is to introduce people to Jesus Christ and disciple them in Christian principles by establishing Christ-honoring businesses throughout the world.
We believe that by creating businesses and thereby providing jobs to those who would otherwise be unemployed, we can begin to witness to our employees about the love of Jesus in a tangible way and to disciple them in Christian principles.
Each Joshua Projects business is established by those who are called to devote their lives to serving their employees, and run by them under the guidance of a godly board of directors. Where possible, we start these businesses in a location where a mission has already begun. We look among the local Christians to find future managers of each business, training them until they are prepared to take over the management position.
We attempt as much as is possible to work together with individuals and organizations who share our values. Where one exists, we will actively support and focus on the local Christian church. Where one does not exist, we will assist in planting a church which will eventually be guided by a local leader whom God will raise up.
To provide professional support for our businesses, we have formed a team of Christian businessmen who are dedicated to adhering to the Word of God in every aspect of their lives and businesses. Whether they live in their home cities or on location, they work together through prayer, individual skills, contacts, and experience to accomplish our mission. All profits from our business ventures goes to supporting our mission.
We will continue to communicate our vision to all who show an interest, knowing that God will cultivate the desire of those whom He has called to join us in this exciting, interdenominational venture.
